Job summary

This 12‑month role reports to the Managing Director of Human Relations and requires a Bachelor's in HR or 5+ years of related experience, plus strong communication, confidentiality, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or 5+ years of related field.
• 2+ years of experience in managing payroll processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
• Clearances: PA Act 34/151/114/168 as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR processes and maintain HRIS records.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Resolve employee issues with timely, professional handling.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Process full-cycle payroll and audit for accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR team and support policy development.
