The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Familiarity with UKG HRIS and benefits processes is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination or business administration a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR team point of contact and route inquiries to appropriate members.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire documentation, benefits enrollment, and payroll support.
• Support offboarding, audits, and compliance reporting.
