Averill Hospitality is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Whitefish, Montana. You will support the HR Department with administrative tasks, onboarding and training, staff communications, and interim recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative duties for the HR department.
• Support onboarding, training, staff communications and interim recruitment.
• Assist with internal/external HR inquiries and liaison with other departments.
• Attend appropriate meetings and support HR team with tasks.
• Assist in employee relations activities and other duties as needed.
