Hadrian is hiring a People Operations Program Manager to identify process bottlenecks, design smarter workflows, and drive strategic programs shaping the employee experience. You will assess how we work and pursue 10x improvements, including AI‑enabled solutions and company‑wide programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People operations, HR consulting, program management, or a closely related field.
• Experience with process improvement and operational design to fix broken workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (Claude, Zapier, Workato, or similar).
• Strong project management fundamentals: planning, proactive communication, managing dependencies.
• Comfortable with data: pull reports and translate into actionable insights for leaders.
• High adaptability: bring structure to ambiguity and scale with the business.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose manual, repetitive, or high‑friction processes across the employee lifecycle and lead end‑to‑end redesign with AI‑enabled improvements.
• Architect and implement a tiered People support model that scales as we grow.
• Use Jira Service Management and People data to monitor performance and provide data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead strategic People initiatives as the program management engine for high‑priority projects.
• Build and maintain internal People resources—playbooks, SOPs, trackers, knowledge bases—for scalable operations.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, Engineering, and Finance to align programs with business needs.
