Lowell Construction, Inc. is based in Castle Rock, Colorado and specializes in water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure installation, repair, rehabilitation, and replacement. Requirements:
---- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources
---- SHRM SCP certification
---- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field
---- Experience in Construction or similar fields
Compensation and Benefits: $110-150K, based on a combination of experience, education, demonstrated skills, certifications, and other clear job-related factors; [company provided health insurance for you and your family, profit sharing program, 401(k), performance bonuses, two weeks vacation, six paid sick days, six paid holidays].
