Job summary

FIS is seeking a Business Partner II to support the People Office model and partner with managers on HR products, programs, and processes. You will help with day-to-day coordination, basic reporting, and follow-up for workforce, talent, performance and engagement activities, while learning from Leads.

The role collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence, People Services and Finance to ensure HR programs are delivered clearly, consistently, and on time, while developing your expertise in HR

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR programs, processes, tools or manager requests in a business or HR environment.
• Ability to review HR data, identify simple trends and track actions.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills to assist managers.

Responsibilities

• Guide managers on the use of People Office products, programs, tools and processes.
• Prepare materials, gather information and follow up on open items.
• Support workforce planning, position management, talent reviews, performance and engagement.
• Assist with employee relations, performance, engagement and change activities.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence, People Services and other partners.
• Track progress and follow-up actions for HR programs.
• Support change activities and help managers access HR resources.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
