Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks an experienced HR Strategy leader to partner with business leaders and shape people plans, talent management, rewards and performance across geographies. You will coach executives on priorities and drive organization design and workforce strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in HR People Strategy with strong business acumen, change management and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting HR People Strategy.
• Strong business acumen and leadership in HR with ability to influence on strategic priorities.
• Ability to build HR operating plans and people roadmaps.
• Broad generalist HR skills across populations with FMCG/CPG exposure.
• Ability to develop partnerships and coach senior leaders.
• Ability to lead change strategy and complex transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner on organization design and implementation of people plans and function transformation.
• Use data and analytics for workforce planning and proactive solutions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition COE to attract and onboard talent.
• Review compensation programs and support decisions outside guidelines.
• Enable enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., leadership framework, digital workplace).
• Design and enable effective organization structures and ways of working.
