Job summary

You will lead teams and partner with 3PLs to drive improvements and implement a cohesive logistics strategy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics Management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading operations in an FMCG/CPG environment.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for warehouse and transportation operations.
• Deliver a consistent service level and adapt the supply chain to the changing customer environment.
• Manage logistics operating cost budget with governance.
• Lead continuous improvement programs to reduce cost and carbon footprint.
• Ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety, quality, food defense and legal requirements.
• Establish a business continuity plan for logistics operations.
• Support best-practices sharing and adoption.
