Job summary

Fanatics is hiring an Associate, People Intelligence to build AI-native people analytics, dashboards, and automation tools that turn data into decisions. You will connect data from multiple sources, structure it in Snowflake, and develop workflows that empower HR and business leaders with actionable insights.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI-assisted workflows, governance, and scalable internal tools across Employee Lifecycle and People teams.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in data, analytics, or related technical/analytical roles.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
Experience using AI tools or AI-assisted workflows for analysis.
Experience prototyping internal tools or automations.
Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and access controls.
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into usable data products.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain analyses, dashboards, and AI-powered insights for HR and business leaders.
Write SQL to connect and validate data across sources and Snowflake.
Design and maintain internal apps, dashboards, and automation workflows.
Partner with People teams to automate programs and reduce manual work.
Create documentation including data maps, ownership, and SOPs.
Support governance across sensitive people data and AI-enabled tools.
