Job summary

Enfuce is seeking a Data Analyst to transform messy data into clean, structured insights. You will own the data foundation, ensure quality across systems, and enable reporting through ThoughtSpot and other BI tools.

You will collaborate with People, Data & AI teams to drive forecasting, engagement metrics, and AI-powered initiatives, while maintaining strong data governance and security practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a business function.
• Strong SQL and cloud data platform experience.
• Hands-on with dbt and analytics engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Build a data foundation that is trusted and reliable across systems.
• Turn data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Connect people data with Finance for headcount planning and forecasting.
• Set success measures and evaluate outcomes after implementation.
• Support AI-driven People products with robust data layers.
