Iterative Health is seeking a project-based HR analytics specialist to clean and standardize employee records across HRIS systems, ensuring a single source of truth and reliable dashboards. You will audit data, reconcile records across HRIS, payroll, and recruiting tools, and document processes for non-technical stakeholders.
The role emphasizes AI-assisted data cleanup, definition of reporting standards, and independent project delivery from assessment through delivery, with careful handling of
This is a short project engagement to clean up and standardize employee records across several HR systems, make one platform the trusted source of employee data, and build reliable dashboards and recurring reports for the People team. A strong candidate has several years of hands on HRIS and people analytics work, has audited and reconciled messy data across HRIS, payroll and recruiting tools, and can run the project independently from assessment through delivery. Careful documentation and clear explanations to nontechnical colleagues matter as much as the technical work.
Much of the manual spreadsheet work in HR reporting can now be partly automated, and this role explicitly asks for AI tools to speed up data cleanup, spot discrepancies and streamline reporting. The judgment stays human: deciding what counts as a correct record, setting reporting definitions, and explaining data issues to stakeholders. The role sits where automation handles the repetitive sorting and the person owns the standards and the recommendations.
The work offers direct practice using AI tools on real HRIS data cleanup, discrepancy detection and report automation, which builds a practical portfolio of analytics workflows. Building that experience means getting comfortable with BambooHR style systems, documenting data definitions, and testing AI assisted checks against known data problems. Since the company pairs clinical trial work with AI, showing care with sensitive employee data and repeatable processes fits its setting.
