Zusammenfassung

AtWork Group seeks an HR professional to provide comprehensive support to the IT organization and its employees. You will coordinate recruiting, workforce planning, job analysis, onboarding, and maintain confidential records in line with policies and legal requirements.

You will assist with performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training programs, while advising managers on HR matters and handling grievances and investigations as needed.
