Qualifications

• SHRM-CP/PHR certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Set up localized HRIS platforms and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Lead compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Design and manage total rewards including health, dental, vision, and wellness benefits.
• Own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for US roles.
• Maintain employee relations and performance guidance.
• Oversee office operations, vendor management, and internal communications.
