Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with HR leadership and business leaders across multiple client groups. The role covers benefits administration, payroll, timekeeping, employee relations, and compliance, with a focus on delivering HR programs and services.

The Generalist will support talent acquisition, job descriptions, SOPs, and training initiatives, while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. A stable, collaborative environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• PHR certification preferred or ability to gain within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for day-to-day employee inquiries.
• Guide leaders on performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Administer benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
