The HRC role focuses on recruiting, pre-screening interviews, orientation, retention efforts, and field training to support high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in HR concepts is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruit applicants.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess fit.
• Conduct new hire orientation.
• Develop retention programs and recognize employee contributions.
• Maintain accurate requisitions and staffing schedules.
• Post and coordinate hourly shift coverage.
• Monitor attendance and overtime; process leave requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
