Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR, First Aid, and job-specific training available/required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with health and safety procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development and community life.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plans and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests and data collection/reporting.
