Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support on employee relations, performance management, training, and retention.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies, onboarding, compensation, and conflict resolution.
• Support Workday transactions and ensure changes are processed accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with COE groups to ensure full service to client groups.
• Drive engagement activities aligned with company values and retention efforts.
