• Develop strong relationships with existing clients and understand their staffing needs.
• Take detailed job orders and coordinate timely candidate submissions.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients and associates to ensure successful placements.
• Participate in sales and business-development activities to identify new employment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate, client, and assignment information in internal systems.
• Assist with onboarding and employment documentation.
• Follow company procedures and applicable employment regulations.
