Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in North Jersey is seeking a recruiting and staffing specialist to recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for client openings, match qualified candidates with opportunities, and conduct onboarding and employment verifications.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients and associates, make outbound sales calls to generate new business, and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems while delivering exceptional service to clients and job

Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
