Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader in Jackson, MS to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members toward excellence. This role emphasizes service with a servant’s heart, urgency, and strong character in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will contribute to operations, lead by example, and help develop teammates while upholding Chick-fil-A’s culture of care and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Assist training of new hires and set the shift tone.
• Lead by example as a friendly team member.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize daily sales.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speech.
