Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader in Jackson, Tennessee, to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members. The role emphasizes a servant's heart, strong character, and urgency, with a focus on completing tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly and upholding our Recipe for Service.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication.
