Job summary

Stampin' Up!, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator at our Riverton, Utah headquarters. You will manage Windows Server, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365, while partnering with teams to implement reliable infrastructure and proactive operations.

The role emphasizes documentation, automation, and secure, scalable solutions across a fast-moving, international environment. You’ll work on on-prem and cloud ecosystems, using AI-assisted tooling to enhance troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of systems administration experience with Windows Server and SQL Server.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on with Intune, Azure, IIS, VMware, SQL Server, and storage technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain IT systems across all locations.
• Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, backups, and security controls.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and endpoints with Intune and policy management.
• Create runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Lead automation opportunities via scripting and AI-assisted tooling.
• Collaborate with projects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems.
