Job summary

Mountain West Windows and Doors is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day IT support across sites in Utah. The role focuses on ticket triage, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and first-line troubleshooting, with growth toward Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting computers and software.
• Working knowledge of Windows PCs, 365 apps, printers, and basic account administration.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage IT ticket queue across locations; triage and resolve requests.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding; manage device provisioning and access.
• Provide remote and in-person technical support with clear communication.
• Document troubleshooting steps; maintain knowledge base and repeatable fixes.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration.
• Monitor backup and endpoint security tools; assist with recovery testing.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners; track issues to resolution.
• Travel between Sandy and other sites as needed; participate in on-call schedule.
