Systems Administrator

Technology That Connects People. Culture That Inspires Them.

At Stampin' Up!, we believe amazing things happen when creativity, connection, and technology come together. If you're passionate about building reliable systems, creating positive experiences, and helping people do their best work, we'd love to meet you.

About Stampin' Up!

At Stampin' Up!, we're in the business of helping people create meaningful connections. For more than 35 years, we've inspired a global community through creativity, relationships, and shared experiences. As we continue modernizing our technology landscape, we're looking for a Systems Administrator who can help us build what's next while keeping people at the center of every solution.

The Role

This isn't your typical Systems Administrator role.

We're looking for someone who can expertly manage infrastructure and systems while also serving as a trusted partner across the organization. You'll support team members at all levels, translate technical concepts into clear communication, and help guide our technology environment through a period of exciting transformation.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, creating order from ambiguity, improving processes, and building trust through positive, service-focused interactions.

Our environment is fast-moving, international, and constantly evolving. You'll help us safely adopt emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, strengthen documentation and knowledge sharing, and shift from reactive support toward proactive solutions that create long-term value.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who inspires confidence, approaches challenges with optimism, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.

What You'll Do

Infrastructure & Systems Administration
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain IT systems across all company locations.
  • Support and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure, including on-premises environments, VMware, Azure, databases, storage, and security platforms.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
  • Manage backup and recovery processes for business-critical systems.
Microsoft Ecosystem Management
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services.
  • Manage Windows endpoints through Intune and Group Policy.

Operational Excellence
  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex technical issues.
  • Develop clear documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources that help the entire team succeed.
  • Strengthen change management processes and help ensure reliable, sustainable system operations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks through scripting and AI-powered tools.
Project & Business Partnership
  • Participate in technology projects from planning through implementation.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage software and hardware licensing renewals and vendor relationships.
  • Mentor and support team members to foster growth, consistency, and collaboration.
On-Call Support
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support business-critical systems as needed.

  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Bring
