Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager for Kay Jewelers to lead a single-store operation focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards.

You will coach the team, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure visuals, inventory, and service levels align with corporate strategy and the Kay brand. A successful candidate brings jewelry retail leadership and a people-first approach.

Qualifications

• Education: minimum 2 years of college preferred.
• Experience: at least 3 years in retail sales or 2 years sales + 1 year management.
• Preference: jewelry or specialty retail experience.
• DCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop talent through onboarding, coaching and ongoing training.
• Ensure brand representation, store visuals and merchandising align with corporate standards.
• Schedule and manage opening/closing shifts, weekends and staffing as needed.
• Collaborate with district team to implement best practices and drive performance.
