Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and brand representation.
• Coach and develop store staff for growth and performance.
• Ensure consistent brand representation, store visuals, and customer experience.
