Job summary

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Store Manager to lead a single store, drive sales, protect brand standards, and develop a high-performance team.

You will coach staff, optimize inventory, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and foster lifelong customer relationships through personal selling and service leadership. Reporting to the District Manager, you will collaborate with store leadership to meet company goals and ensure profitable, service-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Experience: at least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience.
• Preference for jewelry or specialty retail experience; DCA certification is a plus.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; comfortable with business and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory control.
• Coach and develop store staff to reflect brand image and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising; execute corporate initiatives and plans.
• Foster customer relationships and drive personal selling to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with district leadership and other store managers to optimize operations.
