Job summary

Joe & the Juice is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring top performance and compliance. You will lead the team to deliver best-in-class guest experiences, maintain brand standards, and help drive sales and profitability.

You will contribute to coaching, employee engagement, and a positive store culture while ensuring safe, hygienic conditions and efficient workflows. Growth opportunities span across cities, roles, and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leading teams with supervision, daily ops, and opening/closing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling trust and collaboration.
• Shows ambition to develop into a people-focused leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team in alignment with company principles and store goals.
• Coach and train staff to maintain high engagement and performance.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance in-store.
• Assist in stock handling, inventory, and cost-control targets.
• Support in driving sales and store profitability while tracking KPIs.
