Responsibilities include directing Front End, Freight and Operations teams, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages teammates assigned to the Operational Departments (e.g., Front End, Freight and Operations) and supports other areas as Head Coach.
• Holds teammates accountable for meeting operational guidelines, brand standards and customer service expectations.
• Ensures Operations Departments meet standards including Scan & Activate, SIM compliance, SFS/BOPIS, speed of checkout, cash handling, and LP audits.
• Ensures compliance with company processes including cash handling and safety requirements; may function as the store Shrink Coach.
• Monitors communication, ensures timely task execution and accurate back-office processing (hiring, payroll, personnel changes, files).
• Interviews and recommends hiring for Operations; oversees onboarding and training.
• Manages performance matters, disciplinary actions, and potential terminations.
• Drives customer experience on the Front End with coaching and engagement.
• Manages payroll and staffing based on customer traffic; analyzes sales reports to adjust scheduling.
