Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive brand and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop teammates, manage scheduling and payroll within budget.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, LP audits and safety procedures.
• Recruit, interview and hire hourly teammates for Operations.
• Lead customer experience at the Front End through engaging coaching and service.
