• Experience in social media management, marketing, human resources, employee engagement, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications across Pensacola and Crestview locations.
• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to showcase employees, experiences, and community involvement.
• Plan and execute employee events and recognition programs; coordinate rewards and milestones.
• Monitor social media and reviews; respond per guidelines and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand messaging reflects employee day-to-day experiences.
