Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with restaurant operations, delivering outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll manage all store operations, both front- and back-of-house, with support from home office on a 24/7 basis to ensure success.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management, a willingness to work long hours, weekends and holidays, and a dedication to hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
