You will oversee operations, scheduling, safety, and guest experience while developing staff through coaching and training. The role requires shift leadership, strong customer service, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building and P&L is helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the restaurant and lead the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Schedule staffing and manage shifts to meet demand.
• Ensure health and safety standards and compliance with laws and guidelines.
