You will lead front- and back-of-house tasks with support from home office and opportunities for growth through internal promotions. The role requires 50 hours per week and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Fluent in English and a caring hospitality attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Provide leadership and development for team members with home office support available 24/7.
