Job summary

Burger King in Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead frontline teams and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning.
