Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Willingness to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Available to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• You’ll execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities with home office support available 24/7.
• Lead and develop team members to uphold Cracker Barrel hospitality.
