T Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead and inspire a fast-paced team in a high-volume environment. You will drive operations, customer experience, and financial performance while upholding Shake Shack’s hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing inventory and safety, scheduling, and promoting our brand through local events. You will champion training and continuous improvement across all restaurant functions.
