In this hybrid role based in Coraopolis, PA, you will administer payroll, provide support to the HR team, and communicate effectively with employees. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in payroll administration required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and documentation.
• Capacity to work a 40-hour work week with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll under the supervision of the Payroll Manager.
• Ensure customer-centric focus by answering employee questions.
• Maintain accuracy of employee files in the HRIS system.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Technology proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience in payroll administration

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
