This role emphasizes leadership over tenure and offers a hybrid model with in-person Tuesdays in Glastonbury. You will drive accountability, growth, and strategic impact within a fee-only fiduciary advisory firm serving clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' professional experience, including at least 2 years directly managing people.
• BA/BS degree.
• You're a natural leader with ability to hold a team accountable and develop talent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Out-of-the-box thinker who takes calculated risks.
• People-oriented with ability to get work done through others.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of your team, keeping work moving and priorities clear.
• Build and maintain a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
• Coach, train, and develop your team; take real ownership of their growth.
• Mentor team members through challenges, not just tasks, and invest in where they grow next.
• Spot what's broken or inefficient and build better ways of doing things.
