• Must be within reasonable commuting distance of Deer Park, Texas.

• Greet candidates as they arrive and aid with questions.
• Support electronic onboarding and monitor completion of computer-based training.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and additional training requirements.
• Set up and maintain accurate employee files.
• Communicate with hiring managers, candidates, payroll, and team members regarding onboarding status.
• Maintain requisition tracking spreadsheets.
• Accurately enter new hires into the payroll system once onboarding is complete.
