Job summary

FieldGuide IT is seeking a Technology Coordinator in Denver to be the friendly face of IT for new hires and departing employees. You will provisioning accounts, setting up laptops, and delivering remote first-day IT training, while owning deprovisioning and device returns.

You’ll keep device inventories tidy, manage access across tools, and document onboarding procedures, all while focusing on security aligned with SOC 2 and delivering standout support.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard with care: create accounts, provision devices, and ensure day-one readiness.
• Manage client device inventory, wiping, software installation, and records.
• Provision and deprovision access across tools with validated contacts.
• Document onboarding/offboarding procedures and improve the xBoarding process.
• Maintain security mindset with SOC 2 awareness in daily tasks.
• Deliver clear, enthusiastic support through the ticketing system.
