RHA Health Services, LLC in Jackson, TN is hiring a Human Resources and Training Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage orientation, payroll-related tasks, and employee records while supporting hiring processes and compliance requirements.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with HR/training experience; an Associate or Bachelor degree in HR/Business/Psychology is preferred. A valid driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED; associates/bachelor degree preferred.
• 1 year HR, training or payroll experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or Psychology preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance if driving.
• Regularly lifts up to 15 lbs; CPR training may be required when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Participates in orientation training, developing schedules, data entry and compliance tasks.
• Interviews applicants, processes forms, and maintains employee personnel files.
• Provides information to applicants regarding process, policies, organization, and open positions.
• Instructs applicants on completing employment forms and reviews for completeness for post-offer processing.
• Verifies references and work history; ensures background and DMV checks are completed in time.
• Keeps applicant informed of status; enters information in computer systems; may log manual records.
• Places advertisements for open positions and performs other HR/training duties as assigned.
