Qualifications

• 1+ year of HR, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or candidate sourcing; OR a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Recruiting, scheduling, onboarding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate communications and interview logistics.
• Conduct candidate outreach and build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Support recruiters throughout the hiring process.
