Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an HR Generalist to support client HR programs, execute payroll, ensure compliance, and help implement strategic HR plans. The role blends on-site and remote work, with travel to client locations as needed.

You will collaborate with HR consultants and clients to deliver day-to-day HR services, conduct policy research, and support payroll processing across multiple states, ensuring accurate, timely payroll and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related or equivalent HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• SHRM-CP and/or HRCI-PHR certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Consultant and clients on tactical HR matters, including compliance and policy interpretation.
• Manage multi-state payroll processing and related activities.
• Contribute to HR policy development, training, and client reporting.
• Provide remote and on-site consultative support to build client relationships.
