Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Solid understanding of employment laws at federal, state and local levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive labor and employee relations; support investigations under guidance of site HR leader.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, payroll processing, and job requisitions in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and programs; support audits and HR data integrity.
• Deliver training on HR policies and resources (FMLA, LOA, ADA, Workday resources).
• Support workforce planning and orientation activities to drive retention.
