Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist in Georgia to support benefits, payroll inquiries, and employee relations as a primary contact for the Fulfillment Center. You will champion our culture, lead investigations, and drive change in a fast-paced environment while engaging with all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and coaching.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to drive change in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and fast responses to all employee relations inquiries.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits, payroll, and employee relations questions.
• Perform thorough investigations in a timely manner.
• Lead culture events, wellness programs, HR reports, and process improvements.
• Assist recruiting and onboarding as needed.
