Powdersville Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily HR and business office functions. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, PBJ reporting, and accounts payable assistance to create an exceptional employee experience.

The position operates Monday–Friday in person at our Easley facility, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and frontline support for staff and applicants.

Formación

• Minimum HR experience required.
• Healthcare or long-term care HR experience preferred.
• Payroll processing experience required; PBJ reporting experience a plus.
• Accounts payable or vendor payments experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruiting efforts including postings, screening and interview scheduling.
• Manage onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping functions.
• Support accounts payable processes and invoice management.
• Maintain PBJ reporting and staffing-related records.
• Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Assist department leaders with staffing and hiring needs.
