Job summary

Powdersville Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator for a full-time, in-person role. The position will handle recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, PBJ reporting, and accounts payable assistance to create an exceptional employee experience.

The role requires HR experience, with healthcare/long-term care exposure preferred; Workday and PBJ reporting experience are a plus. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience required.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Payroll experience required; Workday experience preferred.
• Accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience with PBJ reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping functions.
• Support accounts payable processes, invoice management, and filing.
• Maintain PBJ reporting and staffing-related records.
• Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Support employee relations and respond to routine HR inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and onboarding requirements.
• Assist department leaders with staffing and hiring needs.
• Create a welcoming and professional experience for applicants, employees, and visitors.
