Fleetwood Post Acute is actively seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources tasks including recruiting, onboarding, payroll assistance, accounts payable, and employee engagement. This role focuses on delivering a positive employee experience from hire to retention in a skilled nursing facility environment.

• Prior HR experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred.
• Payroll processing experience (Workday preferred).
• Accounts payable management experience preferred.
• Strong recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage and execute new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Support payroll functions (Workday experience preferred).
• Assist with accounts payable and invoice filing.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Maintain PBJ reporting - experience with PBJ preferred.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
