Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, offering a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive salary range of $45,000–$60,000 per year. This role focuses on HR coordination, recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, and maintaining employee records to ensure a positive staff experience.

The successful candidate will have healthcare HR experience, familiarity with Workday, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior HR experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred).
• Experience with payroll processing (Workday preferred).
• Experience with accounts payable management preferred.
• Strong recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Passion for creating a great employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Manage and execute new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Support payroll functions (Workday experience preferred)
• Assist with accounts payable and invoice filing
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Maintain PBJ reporting - experience with PBJ preferred
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires
